QUALITY

Tanury Industries will make every effort to ensure the results of our electroplating are as you desire. However, incoming quality as received at our door is, many times, more critical to producing a fine finish than the plating process itself. A general rule of thumb: Finish quality is directly proportional to the quality of preparation -- for the best results, prepare your items thoroughly.

COMPLIANCE TO SPECIFICATIONS

Tanury Industries certifies that the electroplating process as called for on your purchase order will be performed in conformance to your specifications within the limits of our technology.
Evidence of this certification is kept on file and is subject to examination.


CREDIT AND COLLECTION

TERMS:
Net 10 days. Finance charges will be applied to all past due accounts.

CREDIT LIMITS:
Established for all Tanury Industries accounts based on available financial information. All accounts which have exceeded their available credit limit will be placed on hold until which time billing can occur.

OPEN ACCOUNTS:
Established once a minimum of $1,000 has been achieved in a given 90-day period. All finished shipments will be made C.O.D. up to that point.

RETURNS

All claims or adjustments must be made within 10 (10) days of receipt of order; otherwise, the order will be considered complete.

Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization and the issuing of a return authorization number. To receive a return authorization number, you must call our Customer Service Department. The return authorization process allows your rework order to be efficiently processed through our plant and back to you.

Any work requiring replating for any reason is to be accompanied by the following information: date, invoice number, and purchase order number. Once received at Tanury Industries, a credit memorandum will be issued and rebilling will be done at the completion of reprocessing.
