We understand how important these items are, and want to be sure and convey the level of professionalism, detail, and artisanship that goes into processing each and every item.
Repairing worn items can be challenging, and however infrequently, problems can arise. Rarely, we discover that we do not have the proper ability to perform the needed services on the item we have been sent, and will return the item at no cost to you. Tanury Industries will not be liable for lost or damaged parts.
We in no way guarantee that the received finish will be exactly as imagined, only that our experienced plating staff will follow the instructions given on the customer's documentation accompanying the item.
We in no way guarantee as to the longevity of the finish, as there are many factors that contribute to wear, and all reside outside of our control.
Note: Insuring the item is your option, as we do not insure the value of the items being shipped to us, or while being processed as some items are invaluable in their sentiment. As a courtesy to our clients, we automatically include $200. worth of insurance on the return shipments back to you.
